After completing a range of different research in to this issue it has been come aware that the issue is cause by the fashion retails, this is as these are the ones profiting (from the cheaper manufacturing), designing and making the choice not to include functional pockets in mainstream women's clothes. Therefore this will become the target market for this solution, this is as this is the market that needs to and is able make the changes.
Research showed that some companies are fixing the issue but creating clothes with pockets but these are not made readily available for most of the UK or in the style ect that they would want to purchase. This solution give the consumer a different product that avoids the issue but actually practically doesn't fit the issue effectively.
The most effective way to fix the issue of UK high street women clothes not including functional pockets is to convince the retailed creating the garments that this is valid issue that their consumers face and support, and that they need to change this. They cause the issue therefore need to fit the issue at the core.
