YCN talk
Its a team of members, based in east London (Shoreditch). The team work with student who are still studying to professionals from all genres of art across the board its on going professional support for everyone. Help people with their work, businesses and advice for art subject, talk about clients opportunities ect. Encourages the artist to try new thing, think of new idea, experiment, new clients as they are respected Brand and Organization when they recommend people it's seen very positive feedback.
They work with a range of brands, from charities to fashion brand and familiar names, all with different outcome, challenges as well as aiming for different artist to work for them. YCN work mostly with the art directors and marking for these companies to create a lot of digital content, events or promotional work.
YCN source creative talent for project of any size or theme, ti put clients with artist. Get a wide range of artist to work for the brands so benefiting the brand as well as the artist by making sure the work fits what both partners want out of the projects. Clients can turn to them for external partners to work for the companies then YCN will give artist that fit with what is wanted from the brand. YCN fit artist with companies, briefs ad client that they are interested in which produces more fulfilling outcome as both partner is enjoying the work. YCN allows people to build a wide network early.

Student Awards
For this award seem there is a wide range of briefs, campaigns or packaging or illustration and the deadline is 23rd of march with a few weeks to collect and send of the sponsors before the winners are selected. These are live problems so the solution have to be live answers to these issues. (RE WRITE BRIEF AS A PROBLEM)
One of the main things explained are that the piece are judged by people who've set the briefs. And the winners can lead to internships which they often do. September is when the award ceremony takes place, there are the winners for the brief as well, Student of the Year award at the ceremony students get to meet sponsors and talk about the work.
The winners are published in the YCN annuals which are then give to industry and all universities so gives good exposure to student who win and produce positive outcomes.
