After selecting the final event for the subject of the poster research into the event and imagery from the event aim to be collected. This is as to visually to grasp the aesthetic of the event so this can be represented more accurately in the final outcome. The event included large amount of visually heavy materials that could be the subject of the designs, therefore the common style, tone, forms and colour palettes need to be highlighted as to allowed this to be effectively representative of the festival.
Currently many of the sites imagers and secondary sourced images have been collected, but large amount of these are of a lower quality therefore this collection of images taken by Dave Steven have been studied as well as for influenced/to gather a feel of the festival. This is part of secondary research.

This set of images show how not all the lights are viable at-once constantly on the lanterns, at different point the light flicker on and off (could this be done via the print??)
