For this brief part 1 is based on the developing a practical, visual and contextual investigation of a specific subject, for this brief the selected subject area is feminism. Develop research from a range of primary and secondary sources in order to fully explore the opportunities for informed creative development. The research could then be presented as part of a interim crit presentation.
Feminism
For this brief a selected area needs to be fully research and explored contextually, the issue selected will be based around the area of Feminism and it's need in society/where it's currently lacking. Currently there is a large amount of social expression based around this area due to lack of knowledge around what the area is or misconception, why it's needed and what it aims to help. It's a very current issue for people in the UK but also around the world as many people around the world suffer for the issues it aims to support or prevent.
Feminism is a very board subject area with many different related issues, for this brief the overall concept and believes will be explored to gain greater knowledge of the subject as the main body of research then due to crits and feedback this research will be narrowed down to one issues related to the subject area which the final outcome will be based around solving.
