Since out concept for our exhibition is too allow design to submit their work to encourage them to visit the exhibition and share/look at out work whilst helping raise awareness about the designer on our course i have conducted research into the advertising and way they promote them self to the target audeince since this will relate to our audience too.
We need artist to be able to see our exhibition is worth visiting and producing work for, to make this worth the time it would take to produce to coin design so we need to have a an instragam/soical presence before we send the brief out, this will also be a way we can raise interest in the artist in our exhibition and include links to designers.

Posters/Branding
The branding for the new blood exhibition sticks with D&AD current branding but uses the form of a flow chart to make it seem more interactive, the posters use more casual language and even swear which shows the light hearted nature of the exhibition. Making an exhibition seem lighthearted yet professional will appeal to younger designers which this targets as the lighthearted nature makes it seem less scary/serious, it appears as the subject entered can be more free/anything making them more expressive with their design styles. They enhance the benefits of entering the competition by showing what the audeince can get out of it, this will make more people feel its worth while entering as they will get something out of it.This branding is kept throughout the all their social media and products to make the exhibition seem more put together, it seem more professional as their is common features. Even thought this poster is busy and overpowering at first when read it very simple and easy to understand rather than showing the rules/guidelines as more boring paragraph of text it allows the audience to interact in away they are used to using. The flow chart is something seen in old magazine for quizzes which associated this style of presenting information as fun and enjoyable which will appeal to the target audeince as they will want to have fun with it.
