603 EP - Petting Zoo Brief, Collab, Client Visit


As this brief is to design a suitable brand and advertising media for the Meanwood valley Urban Farm a visit to the site is vital. This is to investigate an in-depth understand of the area, the client and their style as to visually represent this. The visit was conducted with both partner of this brief, this is so both side of the work can understand the aims of the brief and also develop a full understanding of the client.

tell children how to say the animals names in sign languages
another link to sign language being taught/same branding


stickers that tells worker you have paid, no relevance to brand/no very eco friendly
shop and cafe have no match to the other branding/styles of the farm






MAIN LEARNT POINTS -




CRIT -

-find out how they are funded
-what is their mission statement
-send off the final brief
-research existing other petting zoos, what do they do better? competitor research
-design something that fits their audience
-don't name the animals, as they get killed and it's strange
